Children's ski and snowboard lessons
The service for children is, as you can expect, second to none in Whistler. In addition to actually teaching your sprogs to ski and snowboard the professional teams aim to create a fun and inspiring learning experience. There are a number of features on the hill built for kids, from enchanted forests to magical castles. Teaching programs are available for specific age groups broken down to: 3-4 years old; 5-6 years old; 7-12 years old and youth.
Childcare in Whistler
Whistler Blackcomb offers fully licensed childcare for children aged 18 to 48 months. The staff are all professionals who love working with kids. In addition to being trained in First Aid the staff can offer complimentary Telus pagers so you can ski with total peace of mind.
Lessons for children and adults with disabilities
Whistler Blackcomb offer the Adaptive Ski and Snowboard Program in partnership with the Whistler Adaptive Sports Program to help children and adults with physical or cognitive disabilities get on the hill. Trained and certified instructors work with guides and assistants to create a fun learning environment.
